Sorry to disagree with you but having worked in Lab for 13 years and we made Methanol (Union Carbide Corp) at the plant, AAA Methanol has a fruity smell, not strong, but there. A1 Methanol has a faint fish ordor, this is second grade Methanol. If the odor is strong, with the fishy smell, then the product has not met specs. Wendell
