I will be there for sure. I'm not too sure that we are going to have any tables now that they moved it out of the Boeing plant.

I also sent you an email.

Dion

R/C Rita told me they're having it at FT. Zumwalt South High School off I70 in St' Peters MO march 13 Sat. They have twice the floor space and a F18 fight pilot is supposed to be there with his flight suit on? Hey I'm just repeating the ad. www.phantomflyersrc.com for complete info. Maybe OHM tables will be next to boogerboyhobbies since we share alot of the same friends! Boogerboy

Well I run marketing and sales and some other stuff here in St. Louis. However the bulk of OMP product is out in Dayton, OH. I was unaware of the new floor space. I was at last years event and it was pretty darn big. I already made the rest of the team aware of the event, but I was standoffish due to the re-location of the event. If this is going to be bigger, then I guess I will have to ask them to load the trailer and get out here. We might have some GS ARF's to sell at the event, if we do, I expect them all to be gone by days end. The OMP profiles are starting to become pretty popular planes out here in St. Louis.

I just sent an email requesting floor space availability for the event.

So what's the big deal with a Boeing F-18 fighter pilot. Boeing doesn't have any fighter pilots, only test pilots. Only the active duty military has fighter pilots. If you want, I'll come in my flight suit and even let you touch it! lol. Dang I crack myself up sometimes!

I met the guy a few weeks ago who is going to be there. He is a Boeing Test Pilot. Wears the same gear as the Flyboys do only a blue jump suit instead of green. Guess he does not have to worry about capture in the US if he has to bail out ... I guess. Some cities I have been to are questionable.

However I bet he makes up for the lack of green in paper form then AF pilots test pilots do. I would assume that would be one of the highest paying gigs any pilot could find. Plus no brass to get all over your back.

Was his name Desmond? Dave is the chief production test pilot for the F-18 program. He was a military "Fighter" pilot in a former life - Marine. Great guy.
