all that is is the smokin joes tire/wheel combo...slap those on a stock tmaxx and you've got the same thing!

Damn! those are Kongs!? holy crap man, that thing is sweet. Love that body. How durable is that thing though? If it can handle some jumps lets get the mass production going on that chassis and braces and sign me up! Just add some more holes so you can mount 2 engines. Need some horsies to spin those Kongs. How about some video of it running too.

it only goes about 20 because I dont want to break it every time I run it and I want power to spin the tires on take off.its a tmaxx with jumbo kongs .not a racing truck.more power will mean more money.actually at first I was going to go with 8th scale diffs supermaxx drive lines and get some custom center shafts from rc alloys.but I just slapped it together with what I had.If any of you have played with a high powered maxx you might realize I could be dealing with durability issues or a pile of money with this set up> I know this because I have continually destoyed stock diffs, maximizer diffs, stock drive lines ,mip drive lines ,dynamite drive lines, and damn near everything ealse I have bought for my maxxes with a dynamite engine .I was going to put the dynamite in at first but I realized it would be more fun to make it drive able.already I have run more fuel through it without any breakadge than any other nitro I have ever owned.and it has awesome low end it will roost the tires on any surface except dry pavement.I think if someone wants to do 40 mph with a truck of this size you need a real 1/4 scale thats built for it. this isint really heavier than my dynamite powered tmaxx with the tires and body off.and hey rcmtdriver2000 "mr slow "what kind of goofy thing is that to say I have like 6 trucks that go at least 40mph this obviously has a different purpose

Speaking of which what did you end up using for a center shaft? 4wd or 2wd? Any pics of underneath?
And I think the "More power Mr. Sulo" was a Star Trek reference? If it wasn't yea, thats goofy.

the truck is running 2wd I am useing a 2.5 axle for the center shaft.even in 2wd its amazing what it can roll over with those tires, as well as giving it good manuverability to slide the back end around( the length incresses turning radius) this thing was just built a few days ago another day or two and I will have updated pics

the body is a 1/6 scale new bright rc it comes with all the lights, horn ,engine sounds, that kind of thing they make an avalanche and a few others I think. you see them at big department stores.I got it from a friend and removed the chassis I plan to hook the lights back up to a 9 volt battery
