Status: offline 		We can ship the 47" Yak, however the 47" Edge is oversized.

Status: offline 		The short kits are offered only to overseas folks since shipping of the bigger kit boxes is very expensive. The new Yak 54 profile comes in a 37" box so shipping overseas will not be a problem.

Status: offline 		Thanks for the quick reply. What I was getting at was what I think the origional poster was getting at, the question of just getting a short kit that includes ribs and plans, not actually a shorter boxed version of the full kit.

I would just like to add that in the past I have bought the 540 Edge FF from OMP and the service and delivery was 110%.

Status: offline 		Ah. Sorry but we really only sell those to International customers as a service, which does not include North America as shipping the kit is reasonably priced anywhere in N. America. We don't make any money on them. And we only sell the 47" Edge kit as short kit to the International customers.

The reason we can't ship the 47" Edge overseas, believe it or not, it would cost over $200. We are trying to engineer the product to fit into a 42" box, however we don't want to reduce the integrity of the airframe.

Things may change in the future. However we need to stay in business and selling short kits just won't be able to do it for now.
