Status: offline 		Mike! I've got a 1 1/2 lb funfly plane with large surfaces. The power for this plane will be a Magnum XL-15A. I would like the best servos for this job. The target weight for the plane is 1 1/2 lbs. What is the smallest servo I can use on the throttle?

Status: offline 		Will the HS-55 for work for all the servos on this plane? Is the HS-55 designed for controlling a plane of this size? If not what would be the best to use?

Status: offline 		It’s impossible for anyone without specific knowledge of said model to offer an opinion on servo requirements, too many variables.

That said the HS-81's would more likely than not suffice. You did mention the all up weight was 1.5lbs.
