Status: offline 		THIS IS INSANE.. that helicopter is 5 time more stable then my aerohawk... so insane... smack me in the head... and kill me... thaks for the discouragement.. .now i don't even want to spend another minute on my aerohawk... ... this is so sad you know people... .so sad...

I forgot to mention the tail motor is way better than our current piece of crap... LOL...

Status: offline 		IT's all in the pilot!! I've flown a couple of peoples helicopters that claimed "They aren't stable", but I fly them around with little or no problem. It just takes time and experience to really get the handle of flying your bird....

Status: offline 		I have been looking at the proxy-flyer and pixelito non stop for the past week and have been trying and failing and making anything that I could fly indoors in a large apartment. Does anyone know what is the smallest heli I could purchase. I need something to fly indoors, and I don't have a giant gymnasium or even a big enough room to fly one of those so-called-miniature heli's that are flown inside rooms larger than I have. Is there anything out there?

No, the current crop of micro helis, like the FP Piccolo and it's clones are really the best bet you have going. Even those require a large amount of tinkering to get running smoothly.
The Pixelito was not made by someone with normal skills. That accomplishment is way outside the realm of possibility for nearly all of us mortals. :-)
Vince (who spools his Piccolo up in a 3 foot by 3 foot area all the time)
(and who sometimes succeeds in avoiding the furniture)

Oh, a suggestion - start a new thread when your post significantly changes the direction of the original post. It gives your post more traffic and complies better with Netiquite.

I'm guessing it, like the other innovations from this guy, has been or will be licensed by a larger manufacturer and we will see the the technology hit the market in time. This guy was after all the one responsible for the piccolo.

P.S. Im curious about the swashplate-less design. How would that work ?
