I have been flying one for about a week now -- too much fun. It is my first experience with these little electric planes, but following their guidance with equipment and their instruction manual had no difficulties at all. I have the Himax brushless setup, 1300 mA TP 3-cell LiPo, gearbox and 12x6 prop. Hovers at less than half throttle, incredible control authority and has plenty of reserve power to go ballistic. My 9 year old daughter and her girl friend were flying it around in circles the first time out (buddy box with half throws). Nothing to compare it to as I have not seen a similar plane around here yet, but very fun
