Status: offline 		Hey. I Have a HPI RS4 SS with a fantom .15 engine, fantom tuned pipe, racing clutch, fiber brake disk, lightweight flywheel, fuel filter, high peformance air filter. I dont know what else there is to get for it. What would you all suggest? Thanks

Status: offline 		better springs and better shock oil to transfer power to the ground and a little bit taller gearing to help maximize your SS's new found power. graphite shock towers for consistent suspension loading and a Rx battery pack for better servo performance. that's about it if you just bash. if you race(club .15 not legal) the graphite upper chassis and better main chassis and some ball diffs and better gearing. but if i were you just some new suspension components and that's it.

Status: offline 		awesome, thanks a lot for your help man....yea, i was thinking of getting some new shocks...any suggestions for new shocks and what weight of oil should i get? Thanks again for your help

Status: offline 		oh yeah viper remember when you said you placed your carb from the hpi ss motor to the fr.15 well i found a linkage set for slide carbs here it is

Status: offline 		Hey, thanks for that...yea, i found it but my LHS didnt have it so i took a bunch of parts from Dubro and other companies and basically made the same thing. Ill post pics of it tonight to show you guys what it looks like now.

Status: offline 		I think that you would be fine with the hotbodies aluminum threaded ones. I have them and cant complain and you dont even have to build them. for the oil it depend of the track and how you drive,

Status: offline 		I dont know what servo you have but a good steering servo is good investment and in case you change car you can still use it. I dont know If you race and where but I found that foam tires gave me better handling also I liked more the light weight chassis on my rs4 3 than the stock.
Another thing is that I cutted the primer from the tank and sealed it , this ended the leaking.

Status: offline 		I got my tires from my LHS. Some brands are Nitro Shoes, GQ, Ellegi,etc.

Spend the extra money and get the HPI threaded aluminum shocks, they are awesome. I noticed a big improvement in handling with them. Yes you have you have to build them but it was very easy to do..I used 40wt shock all around and I just bash. They look real nice also.
