What gear are you guys using on the taco? I am slowly progressing with my construction. Looks like I will be building a new fuse tonight since I found a nice warp in my first attempt. Prolly used to much elmers on the sheeting.... Oh well.

before you waste the fuse... try wetting it and then weighting it down with magazines on a known flat surface...

For gear, I used some .080" alumuminum from an old sign that was laying around.... My buddy cut me some .050 titanium... but you can't get that from home depot..... I'll post a drawing of the gear I used.....

Ben, you can easily straighten it....wet it well with ammonia it will be very pliable. over bend VERY SLIGHTLY it will dry perfect. doesn't seem to affect glue at all....its worth a try.
