Dont worry about, either one is OK. Personally I prefer a blend with castor oil. The most important of Rossi is do not use more than 10% nitro. If you live in cold place and 500 fts above sea level 10% is just max aloud. Remember to use your shim for hot season or leave the shim all time. My Rossi 45 use max 5% nitro and turns 10x6 16000 rpms constant and I live in a tropical weather all time.
All my Rossis also use max 5% nitro or no nitro with a blend castor/synt.

I have the same motor, did alot of research and heard alot of people say 15% is what the rossi likes best. I have run it with no problems in my magic. Don't know if it's right or wrong, but it's working good in mine at around sea level.

5% is what they call for. The manual says you can run more nitro after the
break-in, but if the climate is hot and/or the engine is running hot, to add
the spare shim they send with the engine.

aeroman....Powermaster FAI fuel is a true FAI fuel with 20% all castor (which is the homebrew I use in my Rossi 45). Omega only calls their stuff FAI because it doesn't have any nitro, and it's only 17% oil at most.
