From the 7C manual page 14
"*Note that your 7C transmitter system is protected from accidental reverse polarity, power surges and other electrical
damage by a diode. The transmitter battery must be removed from the system to cycle. The battery easily unplugs from the
battery compartment and has a standard J-plug for easy cycling."

So the Sirius will not charge the 7C unless the diode is jumpered.

The sirius will charge the the 9c futaba and up they have no diode and are the best unit out there,do your research these units make your batterys even better, I cross my heart.REV-IKE

Most of my fellow pattern fliers at all the contests I attend seem to be using the
Sirius chargers , goof proof , works on 110 or 12volts , reliable , and quick and
easy to use. Lot's of expensive airplanes being charged by 'em so they must be
pretty good. I've had mine for several years and won't change unless someone
shows me something a whole lot better. Just my opinion so if you like another brand
better , go for it , but I think the Sirius is worth the extra money.
