Does any one know anything about this...

I just found it on ebay along with quotes like "LATEST IN DEVELOPMENT", "CAPABLE OF SENDING TMAXX OR BUGGY TO SPEEDS OF 70+MPH", "ITS VERY HARD TO GET .BECAUSE OF ITS DESIGN AND HAVING A INJECTION"
The make is quoted as "3.5 ofna delta force 8 port injection"

It all sounds a bit dodgy to me but i was curious.
Cheers
Ady

I found that engine, that's bull. There's no way that can reach 70+ MPH. All it is, is a hyper 21 8 port with a boost chamber (don't know where he got injection). Here it is on Ofna's site http://www.ofna.com/eng-force-delta.html

OFNA used to offer an engine called a Delta Force. It was an 8 port but i don't recall if it had a rear boost chamber or not.

Ah yes the old 8 port delta force, nah mate you dont want it, they dont have the power of the new 8 port and there was an issue with the backplate screw torque as I remember and they had dodgy conrods. 70mph yes with the correct gearing (22T bell) on the Maxx.

Its definately nothing special, and boost chambers are as over rated as superchargers. The result will be neglidgable at best and even then its only coming off idle, nothing at all to do with top end. It still wouldn't make a 70 MPH maxx because if that was all it took, all the guys with supermaxxes and Rody modded C5's would be hitting 90 vice 50 at best.
