Status: offline 		Hi everyone not sure if this is the right place to put this but it seems as good as any. I sold a SMP Slide chrome with a picco G1 motor, spare new rossi red devil motor,spare used novamega evo4 , starter box,hudy gauge,loads of spares and tyres on ebay in in the middle of March to a US buyer(i live in the UK). To cut a long story short , the buyer closed his account before the payment was made but after the car was shipped. So now i am minus one car aswell as minus $1750. His email is on auto response telling me that he is on vacation until April 31st , April doesn't have 31 days! His feedback on ebay was OK when i sold the car but recently he has had many complaints , I actually contacted the sellers and it turns out they never completed a transaction, he never payed but threatened to leave them bad comments if they didn't give him good ones.I tried his contact details but they were fake, his phone numeber turned out to be for Ultimate Hobbies. It was shipped to an address in Los Angeles, Zip code 90028, I have no idea where that is north, south?.or if he actually lives there. I've contacted the LAPD and any one else I could think off but im not getting very far with them. So I thought that if any one would see the car it would be rc drivers themselves as you can't run a car like this just any where. So basically im pleading for anyone who might have seen the car to contact me with any info that you have on the person who had it, description, age ,name anything to help identify him. I have posted the link for the auction below so that you can see some picture of the car, body. The rossi motor is not there but it has a black crancase with a gold head, like a pixi only a 21.

This is one of the many reasons I dont do business on EBay. A friend of mine got shredded newspaper once rather than what he paid for.

Have you contacted Ultimate Hobbies? The owner's name is Cliff and Ultimate's phone number is 714-921-0424. I met Cliff at RCX and he seemed like a very nice man, so perhaps he can help keep a look out for you or provide you with some information. Good luck.
