Can anyone tell me the best why to setup the ailerons? I only get 25 degres up and 25 down
So if i go 20 up i have to go 25 down right. It still doesn't seem like enuff throw to me, my Aero Works Extra 260 had about 45 both ways.
I guess i'll find out tomorrow.

Maiden the yak today,it flew very good it flys on rails, my issue was the ailerons. it just dint seem like i had enough throw.
Also the bolt came out of the elevator and i had to land with one elevator dont know how i did it but i did.
Does anybody have a good way of making the tail steer?

If you need more and a longer servo arm is not the problem you can trim off a little off of the wing side lip that rides on the aileron. That should give you less binding and more throw.

An SWB 1-1/2" servo arm fits the slot with a little modification to widen the slot on one side or the other. Make sure the ends of the slots are rounded, not swuared to prevent skin cracks. If you centered the servo output shaft in the hatch slot you limited the travels to some extent. The nature of the hinge design provides more natural up than down so it helps if the servo output shaft is offset in the slot to help balance travels.

I talked to DA about baffling the cowl and he said makes sure you baffle it.
He did a test on a 40% Carden yak and with out the baffles he turn the heads purple.

    Torben,

Torben, It's the first Comp-ARF Yak I have seen scheme in Futaba, it looks good.

I have a SX in the open flag scheme on its way.

    Have we talked before?

I lived outside Horsens at the beginning of 70' ERNE, in a small small town that is called Trebjerg, between two a little bigger small towns that is called Hvirring and Fleming ha. ha..

I frequented 1. and 2. class Rask Mølle school.

Congratulations, what does have to go in it?
