By the time you get the slots for the aileron horns cleaned out and cut the horns to the correct length you'll be close. In any case, try to get the holes for the clevises to roughly align vertically with the hinge line on the top of the wing. If you're going to use dual aileron servos do everything you can to make sure all the horns line up at the same relative point. You will have to cut the horns to obtain the correct lengths and alignment. Careful here because it's quite easy to cut the wrong angle at the bottom of the horns. I found using a Dremel cut off wheel is about the best way to cut the phenolics. Pay close attention to the hole heights as noted in the instructions, remembering that the outside horns have a different apparent height that compensates for the thinner aileron section. Having them wrong in height or hinge point alignment will bugger up the aileron control set ups.
