i had a xp8103 airplane version that i had been wanting to trade with someone for the heli version.I dint think i would have any luck here since everyone flys helis so i went to rcuniverse and boy do i regret it.
Anyway a guy named Robert Underwood from Naples florida replied to my add and said that he had a heli version for trade.We talked on the phone he sounded reliable and legit so i agreed to send him the 8103 for his 8103.He sent me pics and everything looked cool.
He gave me a long story about how he got ripped off before so i like a dumb ass told him that he could mail his radio to me after he got mine.When he got mine he called me back and said his dint have digital trims,and that for misrepresenting himself he would send me a module battery and receiver for the exchange.I dint want his radio since it was the older version so i told him to send it back to me.
It has been a month now still no radio mine or his.I keep calling him he dont answer his phjone or reply to my messages i send him.So today i *67 him and he answered and hung up.Now i am convinced that i got ripped off.
Is there anything i can do to get back at this Dude.Some please give me some suggestions....Raj
