    rexracer,
I noticed that you are using the 4 servo setup. How is that working for you...any problems to speak of?

Works great with std. 3004 ball bearing servos. Roll rate is at least 2 revs per second on the specified high rates, maybe even 3. If I wass to build another, or if I need a new top wing in the future, I would put the Y connector inside the wing, and put the exit hole to the side near the cabane strut. As it is, I think I hid it pretty well with white vinyl tape.

For those of you who used the Saito 150 in the Stearman…what muffler did you use? The stock muffler hits the firewall.

Oops! I meant an on board remote glow plug starter that uses a on board battery. I'm using a Satio 150 4 stroke. Anyone know of a good one?

I just got mine! Turned up the heat on my iron and had all the wrinkles out in about one hour. I'm going to try to get replacement tire from Tower. I think the Dubro 4" low bounce should work good. The tires that came with it bounce like a Super Ball! I ordered a Brillelli 47cc gas engine. More power less weight. It will give me a little extra kick in the pants when I need it. I will all so be installing smoke.

When you land, you have to slow that puppy down. If you stall it at the ground, it won't bounce at all. In my video, in the above post, im still using the stock foam wheels. Im not going to replace them until there wore out, but yes, they are pretty cheap.
Landing is the hardest part of this hobby, and you cannot practice it too much. I probably land at least 10 times per flight. Landing is my favorite part of this hobby.

    Shubova,
A couple of pages back one of the fellows had some shots of the McDaniels RC glow driver. I have the Mcd 466 ordered for my Pica WACO, if it works out
I'll probably order another one (with out the wall charger) for my Stearman. Have you flown your Stearman with the 150 yet?

Thanks for all the info guys.
No I have not flown my Stearman (with Saito150) yet but a couple of weeks ago I went to a scale fly in at a local club. There was three Super Stearmans there. Two with oversized engines, one had a Saito 3 cylinder. I don’t remember what the other one was. They both said it was too much power. The other was using a Saito 150. The owner with the 150 said he loved it. It had all the power you would want or need and by the flights I saw it seemed that way. He also said he didn't have to use the box for extra weight. He used very little weight to balance it.

    Hey guys,
Does anyone have any good (close up) pictures of how they installed the turtle deck? The pictures in the instructions don’t show much detail.
