Does anyone have the recommended throws for the Midwest AT-6. I'm trying to get mine flight ready after 8 years in storage and can not locate my plans or instruction book.

Thanks, Tony

I am currently researching engines for my Texan. I'm thinking about the G26. Will it fit completely within the cowl? Don't want too much hanging out. I've noticed the Saito 150 might require cut outs.

It will probably fly well to a bit over powered with the OS 108, Webra 120 or Moki 135 or OS 120, Saito 125 or even the Saito 170. The three cylinders sound great and add smoothness and weight up front. Some day when my build bench is open I would like to to a 15-17 pound 80" Vought Kingfisher with the Saito 170. Laser makes a short 150 which would probably fit in the cowl like the 2 strokes.

Keep in mind on the Midwest AT-6, with a G-26 you may need some nose weight. They balance almost perfect with a G-38.

I was building the Midwest AT-6, and in the of the build I had to move. Now I can't find my instruction manual. Does anyone have the instruction manual they can sell at a reasonable price.

I can't find anyone who has actually installed a Saito 170 3-cylinder radial in their Midwest AT-6. Is this possible without making cut-outs in the cowl? My hobby shop dealer is clueless. I am looking to try this combo along with a Keleo header for a scale exhaust exit. Help, anyone? I'd hate to buy the engine, then find I have to butcher the cowl.

What's the inside diameter of the cowl? I have a 170 that I can measure. BTW - that's the same gameplan that I have for the same model!
