mike i think i have asked you this once before but i forgot ,is there a karbonite gear setup that will worl in the hs 645 instead of the metal gears or do i need to just buy a new servos and what is a good replacement for the 645s i really like them thanks mike

No, the 645's will not have direct Karbonite replacement gears; the closest thing would be the HS-635HB.
