Yes, I know the roll bar is an option! Also no decals either, I agree Doohan, how cheap can they get!!!!!! Make us wait all this time, and then at the drop of the hat the prices go UP! And O yeah, decals are an extra $40.... LOL... O well, not that I would use them anyway, but I would have liked to get the Monster for the windshield. I am having it done hopefuly by an air brush artist anyway....

I ordered mine over 5 months age from the Netherlands. And what I paid is a price from the past.... I definatly would recomend who I bought it from he is a great guy for sure, but you are in CA and there is dealers in CA, better off dealing with a local as far as warrentee goes anyway. try FGPROS@comcast.net, that will be about as fair a price as you will get, get your order in now!!!! They are going to be shipping every week for awile I understand... His name is Ralph, tell him you heard it from me!
Good Luck....

Ok, getting back to my earlier question.... for those who have a MT coming, what option parts are you fitting?
A pipe would have to be the first choice, ive been told a Samba pipe is the best?...don't know what model.
Front brakes...I think cable is better for off road than hydraulic. Don't know who makes them and where to get them from though?
Better air filter...K&N etc?
2 speed kit?...good or bad for the MT?
1 or 2 steering servos?...anything else?

I have already got it coming with the K&N + Venturi adaptor + foam pre-filter - Horst emailed me to say that was the best Airfilter combo you could get. I shall most probs get the front (and rears one day) brakes am undecided between cable and hydrolic - But either way i shall buy FG stuff

Samba 3 off-road pipe all the way!!!!!!!

maybe 29cc engine a year or so away hehehehe

The K&N I understand.....but what does the Venturi adaptor help with?
Is the Samba 3 the best pipe?....do you have any photos or links?
I'm definitely getting the pinion/main gear cover ....also rear drive shaft boots

I just put the samba pipe in my MB very nice. Sound is not that different, which i think is good so it doesn't bother the neighbors. I use the large foam FG filter rather then the K&N, we have seen the K&N glog real quick. Don't get me wrong there the air filter kings! But we like the large foam which is must cheaper. Steel Pinion gear is also a first item. Then ball drives. If I we to do brakes it would be cables (more durable) but hydros win in the cool factor.

Still would love to know the performance difference between the FG tuned and Samba - I would hope there is a big performance improvement for the BIG price difference. Sad to hear that it sounds the same as the FG... at very least I would expect it to have a different note.

Keep in mind the samba is steel, almost indistructable. The FG is aluminum, in a bad crash if you hit something sideways you could crush it. The samba exhaust exits the back and the FG exits the bottom. It is 45degrees here now and the smoke straight out the back is COOL!
