There is a loose schedule, but I haven't seen anything official published. If you want to see Matt Chapman flying his Cap, set aside mid day on Saturday. There will be other full scale activities around that time as well. Saturday evening there is a big shindig with food, blues or jazz band, etc. In the past, there haven't been days dedicated to different segments of the hobby, but they do set aside some time for various demos and flight types such as warbirds, 3D torque roll contests, and other demos. Typically its a half hour to an hour for each. It seems to vary from year to year. Maybe someone with more info can post an update or official schedule.
