I figured that might be the case shortly after I posted it last night. I was going to correct it this morning, but you beat me to it. I did remember thinking you were younger, and the planes you fly don't match something those your parents would be flying . I just wasn't quick enough to put those things together after a long day.

Is there a schedule of events? What I'm wondering is if there are certain days dedicated to the big warbirds and another for 3D etc? I would like to be there when the guy with his real cap flys in and does his aerobatics.

There is a loose schedule, but I haven't seen anything official published. If you want to see Matt Chapman flying his Cap, set aside mid day on Saturday. There will be other full scale activities around that time as well. Saturday evening there is a big shindig with food, blues or jazz band, etc. In the past, there haven't been days dedicated to different segments of the hobby, but they do set aside some time for various demos and flight types such as warbirds, 3D torque roll contests, and other demos. Typically its a half hour to an hour for each. It seems to vary from year to year. Maybe someone with more info can post an update or official schedule.

The BBQ is on friday night,,,(so I saw on the registration form awhile back).. I think Stephen is just talking about a general take drunk party on saturday night , but the actual "BBQ" is on Friday night....

I was thinking of the BBQ, and you are both right, its on Friday night and not Saturday.

This'll be my first year. I'm coming all the way from aberdeen, Maryland. I get to miss school so there's two reasons to be happy. How many vendors are there? It should be fun. It seems there's a mix of wierd, huge, and original looking planes. I hope it's worth the drive (I don't see how it wouldn't be.)
