Joe Nall Wagas Pics 13

Sorry for so many pics...But I figure the guys who are unable to go to events like these deserve to see what we experience.

Joe Nalls is awsome, My fourth trip there! I tip my hat to the performers and pros... but its the average flyers that I enjoyed watching the most.

The best part for me was the night flying on Thursday evening. Those guys were a trip with the spot light and electric foamy. But the guy flying the helicopter in the dark was mindblowing. I only wish my Night pics turn out....Yes this was a first for me in the night flying! Never seen it before then.

We went up Thursday and came back Friday evening.

It wasn't a guy-- It's a girl-- her name is Mallory. She put on a heli demo about 5 years ago at the noon break. (she has been practicing a lot since then--and boy does it show) She got more applause per person than Matt Chapman

Thanks for all the pictures.
Yes the after hours are a blast.
I held a flash light for the ETOC Champion and he was amazing on keeping it close enough in the light.

wagas,

Great pictures! You got a good shot of my Turbo Raven. I was there Wed-Sat and I still enjoy looking at all the pictures that everyone else took.

ghess558: I really thought it was an interesting and pretty airplane. I didn't get a chance to look at real close. Can you give some details on it? Kit, engine, how does it fly (I didn't see if fly)

Did anyone catch her last name? I'd like to credit the photos to the correct person, rather than some anonymous pilot

I've actually got some crude video of it, too funny! Video isn't the greatest but enteraining to watch. You did a good job keeping the light him! It's funny you never know that the people you see at these events are the people you communicate with via internet....

AJF--2: Are you sure that was girl? I thought it was a guy! I didn't even look at that persons face, just remember a Hat and my pop say "Look at the pony tail on that guy"!! Hey it was dark out!

Oh I gotta share this. While over at the GSP booth waiting on my Pop I saw Chip Hyde ride by and then go down a hill towards one of the other Booths. When he stops and all but about falls off his moped....the only thing going thru my mind is he can walk around a counter rotating 46% ultimate bipe in a Torque Roll and he has a hard time riding a moped.....Just confirms it-These guys are human just like the rest of us!!
