Honestly though, I think if I took an ARF and put it on the runway- I would be shot by the people.

I plan on bringing a Warbird- Corsair- I hope to have it finished within the week, last stages of painting

You know it's kinda funny, I've only gone to this thing 3 times and I honestly can't remember seeing an ARF there....Maybe I just didn't see any because my mind blanks out ARF's when I see them.....Yes,Yes I know...I'm just another ARF basher....Have a great day! I got to get back to work now, on my new GP GEE BEE ARF.....<oooops, cats out the bag now>

Man I love this fly-in. SO MUCH, SO Many Airplanes...It's so hard to take it all in and then it's OVER!!!!!

Wish I had the time and patients to build the way you do.
BUT, I do not and envy the ones that do.
As you know, walk through all the vendors that are there and look at all the ARF kits compared to build up kits.
H9, Extreme Flight, Planes Plus, Chip Hydes, etc....only the Giant Warbirds really do not have ARFs to speak of.
My H9 Extra is so nice to fly that I could not have built it any better, problem is that I should have yanked off the covering and changed it so not be like all the other H9's Extras, but I do not have time for that either LOL
See ya at the NALL.

I wouldn't be shamed to carry my ARF to Joenall, if they look down on me it doesn't matter because I know I can fly better than 90% of them, I love ARF's personally because I rather fly than build>>>>PERIOD. I wish I had the money to hire a pit crew that gets to the flying field the day before and has everything charged and fueled up so when I get there, its time to just worry about flying....
