Bogarfield,
I am not slamming the plane at all, I just found the the double bevelling to be necessary for my style of flying, and the rudder breaking is a fact. I loved both my planes, even with a zdz40 (which was on a KS can) it had great vertical. I sold the first one when a faulty scale told me it weighed almost 20 lbs. I lost my second 2 min. into the second flight, when from 400' I had a complete pcm lockout and it nosed in at idle. I have an mvvs58i and was going to get the DiablotinXXL actually, but just changed my mind and have just ordered a 2.6m Yak55SP. People complaining that the plane is slow, reacts slow, and they don't like its flying characteristics, well, one just wonders if they are remembering just what kind of plane this is. Also, judging a plane from flying one persons set up, is not very mature, how many people have their planes set up the same way you have yours? Roll rates can be increased, just put some good digital servos in the wings, this is a large plane. I think the double reflex airfoil gives the plane some great characteristics in the air. No, it will not flip flop around like a .40 or .60 size funfly, but it will do many other things and much better.
Thank you much Bogarfield, I am looking forward to your blue prints, any chance of an XXL?

need a big cutter. our school has just got one (along with 3 chestorford lathes, 1 chestorford miller and a chestorford piller drill for metal). ill just upload the files on the cad system and CNC cut them. I doubt this will ever happen but a small 40 size 3D aerobat sounds nice

Hello !

I had great feelings reading all your post. What impressed me more is there are still so many scratch builders... .

Well, following the remarks, we have made some modifications on the plan. I would be very pleased to share your builder's opinion.

Stodalotin (review)

For the dimentions in mm, here is a very usefull tool.

Convert

Keeping touch,

Bogarfield.

p.s.: I received plan photos from the young polish guy, thanks Kris. I will put that on a A0 plan after my 2 current job. I may slowly announce, the one I am working on, is a well-known 90 - 3D/F3A plane.

many expert builders have tried to copy mine but they all come in much heavier than my arf. I would recommend you buy one from espritemodels.com then try to copy it. nothing you will build will fly as light as stock arf from europe. also remember to get the "super" park flyer, comes in two color combos, I have bought 5 of these.

You may download/open it now...

Tell me what you think, Dominique.

It would be great if its a synergy! I had the 90 version, and didn't really like it, not really good for 3D. If he brings a plan out, i'll build one and mod it for the way i want it to fly!!

Please post the plan very soon!, i've got loads of balsa here and loadsa time too!

Andy
