My younger brother in law is about to grad from high school and his fam, and I are looking into getting him a rc truck as a gift.. He lives in mountians area so a rock climbing truck would be best..

I was wondering what everyone thought the best rock climbing truck would be... Where in the 250-300 dollar range. Thank you
B

hm that tough I would go with a clod or txt but they will cost alot mor ethan 300 to be a setup crawler.

What about a tlt?Im sure you can get a nice setup for under $300

stock of course its ugly but modify it and it becomes a work of art.

And yes they still make parts for the clod

I still think a tlt-1 would be the way to go

Does he already have a radio, battery, & charger? For that price range the TLT is probably the best bet.

you mean best nitro crawler stock and at that RCA said the madforce was a better crawler than the xfactor stock vs stock because of the xfactors crappy tires.

nitro and rock crawling don't really mix well.Nitro motors cant reach the high rpms as fast as a electric motor making it alot harder and not as pleasing while crawling.
