    Hope you folks can help:

I have a Yellow Aircraft AT-6 that will have the usual G-62. I've scaled it out quite a bit, but would like to incorporate a scale exhaust system.
A bird told me MAC's pipes made one, but I can't seem to get on their website.
Any suggestions? Do the racing pilots use 'em on their AT-6's, or do they just use a Bennett-built unit or something else?

    Many thanks for your interest.

Mac's website probably does not list their full catalog.

At the bottom, you will see listings for the G-62, however I know they have specific ones that were used with giant scale racing that had different bends and diameters. It would probably be best to call them as I do not know the correct numbers anymore.

Mac's made pipes for the T-6's. That's what they were just a straight pipe, no muffler.

For a few years there was a long pipe that was used that seemed to extract a few more RPM out of the 62's but the pipes cracked after just a few flights and were outlawed in favor of a shorter one. I have a couple left if you need one but the local club members are probably going to want you to put a muffler on it.

    Dear Shirts Ink:

Many thanks for the reply. Our field is located in Fort Jackson (Jackson Flyers), so the louder, the better!
    Seriously, no one ever complains.
I would be VERY interested in your short pipe (I guess that's what you call it).
Please let me know how I might aquire one from you, and I will send you the $>
Also, Tossing around scale paint schemes...can't decide on military or racing.
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks again!
    Allen
