I ran my T-maxx directly in a truck tire and smashed the front end into pieces. I didn't have a camera available to take pictures, but trust me it did some damage on the truck and wallet.

Been there done that. The cringe, and the 'oh (expletive deleted)', and the sorry walk to your Maxx. I feel for ya.

LOL! I bet that cost some money.

It took me 4.5 hours to disassemble and reassemble my T-Maxx last night. I do not want to have to do that again.

I went all stock again. I figure my driving will get better and I will avoid all solid objects from now on!

On another note! After fixing my Maxx I ran into a couple of guys who own them and they showed me how to fine tune my Maxx. It now holds a tune and I can run all day without have to adjust anything on the carb. One important thing I learned is that my carb idle setting needs to be open a little more then 1mm to idle and drive correctly.

I also added a 2 foot loop of fuel line from my tank to the Carb. This prevents air from entering my carb when I get under a half of a tank and keeps me from stalling out.
