Hello Mike!

I just bought a Hitec 645MG from US, i live in Norway myself. The servo has major centering issues, it wont center the wheels on my new Hyper 7 even if they're off the ground. Do you have someone in Norway that could take care of warranty repair on this servo? Sending it back to US is gonna cost me a lot of trouble and money. Hope you have a solution for me.

What do you mean "it won't center the wheels"?

Have you adjusted the trim to accomadate the TX's offset from center?

If you'd explain in a little more detail we'll try and help figure this out for you.

Ok, here's what i mean. I take the car off the ground when i do this, the wheels has absolutely no resistance. When i turn the wheels left and let go of the steering wheel, the wheels goes back to center position. When i turn right, the wheels dont go back to center position. They go back a little bit but not all the way. Its a brand new Hyper 7 PCR. With the stock servo the wheels wouldnt even move, so i put some WD40 on the moving parts of the steering mechanism. This made it much easier to turn, but it still doesnt center when i turn right. I have not yet driven the car, this has only been tested with the wheels off the ground.

Sure sounds like you have some mechanical binding problems of some sort.

I solved the problem. Made the pivot balls a tiny bit looser. It still doesnt return to center in air, but when i drive it works perfect.
