Hi there, I am looking for information on wing loading. I am wanting to step up to a gas model about 27% or so with a DA 50. My experience is with 60 size aircraft and Iam not wanting a gas model that snaps I know that trainer planes with wing loading in the 15oz to 18 oz range are floaters and anynting under 23oz is still pretty stable going fairly slow. And warbirds in the 30 oz range are easily snapped. But I dont know what range applies to the bigger birds, Ive been told that the wing loading numbers i am familiar with dont apply to the bigger birds. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks Rickey

WIng loading will increase as the wing span increases for like planes. The WH Edge has a wing loading of 30 oz/sq-ft and lands very slow.
