Status: offline 		I do not know him but I believe he was the designer behind the Wing Manufaturing kits. For some reason I thought he had died.

Status: offline 		I see him around every once in a while. He flies at several of the fields in the Chicago area.

He has built some amazing planes. If I can remember I will post a picture I took a few years back.

Status: offline 		Hal, had an affiliation with wing Mfg some years ago. He also campaigned a Ryan fire ball for several years in AMA and Scale Masters Competition. I believe he designed one or more of the older Top Flite kits. Not 100% sure but the TF Bear cat comes to mind as a possible canidate.
