Thanks guys.

Within two hours of this happening I had 5 planes offered to me to compete with. Thanks a lot to Jon, Chris and Larry for the offers.
I think the best thing to do is fix this one and get it back in the air ASAP.
I will start fixing it as soon as I get home from New York Friday evening.

It really isnt that bad considering.......

Just needs to be covered and have everything put back into it.

Great news Wayne, glad to see it.
HOPE to have mine ready too, the $80 engine mount I bought from Chief to make it mount better has thrown me a curve.
The mount works great but leaves no room for throttle to move its full movement????
Going to try and mount RX, batteries, and tank today, switches etc... to follow, servos all in thanks to Lynn, hinges done, too.
Need to do pilot and canopy tonight to let dry all night.
May need to do some engineering on the mount to work, etc...........

Roger

Roger,

Do you have a pic of the mount and the throttle restriction? I am having a hard time visualizing it.

Do not have a pic of my install, but here is one from Chief.

There is a notch on top for the throttle arm to move, but not enuf, and also the bolt gets in the way, etc...I think we can figure it out????

Nothing really, just thought this would be easier, not all that heavy, and if you remember we had to move my two RX batts up as far as we could for balance, I thought I could use the weight in the mount?????????and be easier........

Roger

Flown yours yet???????????
