This Saturday in Manteno IL. This is one of the best fields I have ever been to. Grass is like a putting green. Lots of big birds and big names. Come fly for FREE. Going to be lots of fun

Check out the link for info and directions.

Chip Hyde is scheduled to do a "halftime intermission" of the Invitational. Should be a great time. Look forward to seeing everyone.

It was a great show. A little windy! They did a great job flying to the music. Who won the raffles?

We all had a great time. Flying to music in 30-40 mph winds is pretty much impossible. I was just happy to be back on the ground in one piece. Looking forward to next year and congrats to everyone that flew.

Wayne Geffon and helper getting ready for his 4th place flight.
JUST minutes before the rains came, notice the dark clouds coming in.
Will try to post the rest of my pictures later tonight.
Congrats to all the participants and the winners.
CONGRATS to Larry Arseneau for a FANTASTIC EVENT.
As we told him Saturday, one thing you can not plan for is the weather, he had ALL the other items covered and put on a great event.
I will make the next one too.

Thanks Larry

It was a great event, very well done. The sight was great and so was the flying even though the wind was 25mph +. The only downside was the rain that rolled in just as Wayne finished his flight. Wayne the rain gods were on your side that time. I hope the event is held again next year.
