R/C ART, nice! looking plane, Can you please tell me what the difference is between the EI and the EIII, I've been studying these birds but have little knowledge.

That 1/3 scale is that a kit or was that a scratch build?

Edit in;

Doh! just went back and re-read your post, question answered.

Thanks
Blackie

Blackie,
The E1 was developed from the Fok AII & AIII.Recon planes. The first 5 were modified AIII's. From that production was started on the Fok Eindecker. The biggest difference was wingspan.....the EI was approx 28 ft wingspan and the EII & EIII were approx 32 +ft. There are several to many suttle differences. As changes were needed ,Fokker made them immediately at the factory and then some changes were made in the field. 2 months after the EI production was started, the EIII was put in service. Changes happened quickly!

How do you like the 33cc engine? The Brute 33 is the same engine as my Homelite 33cc.

Jim, I really like the Brute 33, I started out with a Zenoah 23 a couple of years ago, but wasn't satisfied at all with it. I put this motor in and I would say its the perfect one for this plane.
