Right, I am looking for an electric park flyer that I can walk down the park with and practice prop hanging etc.... anyone know of a good kit, was thinking along the lines of a Courgar 2000 (maybe a little too big) or even a Wattage Cap232.

Check out the HH-300 at http://www.his-hershobbies.com/page/page/1158995.htm at only $20 bucks with the carbon fiber spars, it's a deal.

Very nice plane, great prices and excellent service. They offer theirs as an ARF as well!!!

They have several new foamy models coming out soon. The Ultimate, Pitts, Yak, Edge, Formosa......

Check them out

I like the shockflyer but the Foamy Factory 44" Extra 330s flies better believe it or not.

yeah, I seen kody abuse his straightedge pretty good at an indoor event, hit a ladder a few times and it was back into the air. Seems to be durable, like to fly one sometime.

FunPlanes.com

Virtually indestructable, completely flexible... all over RCgroups.com since about Thanksgiving.

There's a video of me flying one on the website.

Foofydoo. Ive got myself a blade from ansa with one of their motors, weighs about 6.5oz AUW. as yet i havent flown as i need to get some soldering done. looks to be very promising. i think ive spent about 260 quid altogether to get it in the air, tho that includes 4.4g servos. also i needed a lipoly charger so that added 50

well, i just managed to wedge a 700mah pack into my blade, then i through it! its unbelievable! that all moving/full flying elevator is awesome. Well, allot of the stuff i cant do yoet untill i manage to solder the bits together tommorow, but even with an extra 50g off dead weight its easy to hand launch. i can tell you right now that it does walls, tail taps (ok, ok tail crashes afeter a wall with no power to pull out), parachutes, it lands nice with no UC. And................the crem de la crem, of a hand launch it will roll and have time to pull out!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!! . i tell ya, i cant wait to tommorow to fly this beast for reall!

If you want a built up wing instead of a flat foamie, I'd suggest a Todd's Models Attitude. This plane will do the best harriers I have ever seen and it is incredible for hovers and torque rolls. It is not an arf but it builds fast due to interlocking lazer cut parts. You can see a bunch of posts and pics by doing a search under RCgroups.com.

if you want to do it yourself, check these out.

http://www.3dbatix.com/plans.htm

Both planes are awesome for 3D. Id suggest the Foam-E for a trainer.

flew the cap this weekend and all i can say is WOW i took it to the field and about 5 guys are thinking of buying one i also bought the shockflyer but the foam is a little to thin to survive a crash right know if i had to rate the cap it would be a 5 out of 5 its also very strong i let my friend fly it and he hit a telophone poll we glued up the few cracks that were there and flew the same day

hope this helps,
mark
