Status: offline 		I just got this 3 cell pack after deciding the 2 cell just wasn't enough. My question is I leave it on the charger for two or three hours and the battery never charges fully it flies for about ten minuets and dies. Someone mentioned that they thought I had to have something that put out more voltage than using a 12volt battery would allow to peak it. Is this true or is there something wrong with the pack.

Status: offline 		do you have it on a 3 cell setting. and if you are running them to flat then have you got the BEC on your speed controler on the 3 cell setting. if not it would discharge to below 3v per cell causing permenant damage.

Status: offline 		I have the same problem and the same charger. This charger needs more voltage to charge a 3 cell pack. I was a bit ticked off when I found this out. The ad for the charger warned of "reduced charge current" when charging 3 cells. I'd say a charge current of ZERO is a not exactly reduced.

Anyway, I have an Astro pwr supply. So it's ez to increase the voltage. I wish I'd sent it back though. A few more dollars would have gotten me a charger without the "reduced current" on 3 cells.
