i just ordered an RC10GT for my buddy, and i was noticing that the engine is side exhaust. it looks like you could put a rear exhaust engine on it but i am wondering if the pipe will hang below the chassis if you used a standart manifold. the new mugen truck has a rear exhaust engine, but the manifold looks like it curves up a little (shaped like a C) so that the pipe will not hang below the chassis. anyhow, i am considering ordering the factory team edition for myself, if i can use my mugen MR12 rear exhaust engine on it. thanks

you can get a stinger exaust system for it, you will need stinger pipe/manifold and shock tower

Here is my gt with a rear exhaust engine, and listen to chelopr, the manifold fits great. One more thing, the pipe and manifold will not hang below the chassis.

My gt is always clean too, because After a race day I clean it and never let dirt on it. I use a soft degreaser (Doctor Mecanic, Mr Clean ect) and rinse with alcohol isopropil and finaly dry with a vaacum cleaner(used on reverse). If you leave dirt on gt, later is more dificult to remove.

NOT UNLESS YOU PUT WD-40 ON BEFORE YOU RACE OR BASHING WORKS GREAT

The mugen header will work well too
it is very low profile and inexpensive
