Im going to adjust my idle-needle on a rotary carb and i read this at the faq at RB hompage:

Should i open the throttle, then turn the idle-needle in (clockwise) untill it stops, then turn it out (counterclockwise) 2,5 turns ?
If i do this the idle-needle will hit the spraybar when im closing the throttle.

Wouldnt it be better to adjust the needle when the throttle is closed?
