I'd be HAPPY to tell you all about CL for AFP!

By the way ... what the heck is CL for AFP?

Ah ok ... well you need to go to Rodeo's site to dload the plane and the pole.

You have to set the elasticity of the cord to 0
CLICK HERE TO LEARN ABOUT THE ELASTICITY

Then you have to set one as aircraft one, the other as aircraft 2, then use the TOW mechanism. Then have fun!

Rodeo is one of the biggest developers of aircraft, scenery and utilites for AFP. He's got a great AFP website ... and just so happen's to be a really nice guy.

Yes you can assign up to 12 channels. 5 on your TX and 7 on your keyboard. No prob! You can also assign, for instance a single channel that turns your smoke on, gear goes up and flaps are up. That same channel can lower the flaps, turn the smoke off and put the gear down. So 1 switch can operate your plane for landing or flying configuration. You can use a key to drop a bomb. You can also use keys for opening canopies, glider towing release, turn and rotate nozzle for the harrier, brakes, open and close doors and bunch of other options.

You can even use AFP for control line!

Please help!!

Downloaded both of those planes pictured above & also that Mitsubishi Zero that drops a reserve tank. Each of them either drop their bomb or release their missle the very moment that they're on the runway without me doing anything.

I know how to assign channels from the menu (I think it's called "calibration"?) however there is no place in there that has "bombs" or "missles" to select from.

I tried reading the "read me" but it's in German!! How do you calibrate it so that it releases it by transmitter or keyboard?

Thanks,
Brad

I tried that. It didn't seem to translate it very clearly into English. I followed the directions as best as they could be interpreted by me.

Do you know how to do it? Can you tell me...........in English?

Brad

bomb dropping is usually linked to the hook function

STLPilot,

How well does AFP interface with the Futaba 7CAP Tx. Does AFP accept the mixing functions from my radio?

Can't wait to order my copy of AFP.

Danny

Works with the 7CAP just fine.

Yes, AFP will do whatever your radio can do once you assign your switches.
