Status: offline 		I am now the old man at 47. I started three months ago after being involved with R/C planes, on and off, since college. A got a Traxxas Bandit, hopped it up and had so much fun I "unhopped" it and gave it to my daughter's step-brother (it's California, my ex-wife married a guy with two nice kids).

Now I own an Associated B4, which is my "daily driver," a Losi XXX-Kinwald (the first version) and a Losi XXX-4 Graphite. I like to race the B4 around some cones I put around the cul-de-sac, or take my Delphi racer to the High School parking lot. I plan on racing the Losi's and only drive them in the park (where there's no concrete to run into) for now.

I don't know why it's so much fun, but it is.

first real rc car was in 1985...tamiya falcon and had a challenger 250 radio.
went on a 10 yr break then got a cheap kyosho touring car...interest in that didn't last long. got out of the hobby...then a few years ago i got into it again with a yokomo mr4tc-pro then got out again cause the track was to far. now started again a couple of months ago with a ntc3 team kit. i might stick with it now...since there's a bigger scene locally. arghh...i feel old.
