Here is a video of my Alfa's run at the SubRegatta. It's not easy to keep the Alfa level with just one hand while I film with the other hand...

Hello, petn7,

Congratulations on a good video and great job with the Alfa!
I've been following the thread and picking up some good technical tips from you guys. I'm pretty surprised to read you guys saying that the R/C radio signal is good up to 8 meters depth. Is that correct? I'm guessing that it's only in fresh water.

That's a very nice looking Alfa model you have. Thanks for sharing the build photos and information.

Thanks for the kind words.

Yes, fresh water (with no chemicals).

In chlorinated pools, the range is often 2 meters or less.
