ok, well i think you should first look around at rc cars. Understand them before you buy. If you want to change the BODY to a supra that is fine. The biggest factor is what your price range is. If you dont have a lot look at the tamiya TL-01. If you can afford more look at HPI, Associated, Yokohama. All of those should be fine. Look to buy more then one battery, and to have a good esc for latter use. Look on towerhobbies.com, then go to rcdrift and check out all their settings and stuff, cuz that site rocks...
Look on ebay if you have a tight budget. Ask any more questions, cuz i may have bbeen to vague.

really any car u get will drift, as long as its 4wd. Reverse is fun, so you can back outta jams. All you need is either tape or pvc piping to make your 4wd car to drift....

i personally do electric,so i say get an electric lol, well HPI is an awesome company. So is associated, there TC3 is awesome. Depending on were you live, the HPI rally could be the best choice, tho it is a kit. What kind of set up you want, pure speed or just drifting speed. Cuz if you get the rally it will be close, if not over the $200 prolly closer to $250. But you will have a quality car. Tamiya has fine veichles. 4tecs are good. I have only owned a tec, but now i am getting an HPI rally so i can drift and go semi off road

Well no not really, a 'real' car has most of its weight over the the front end (front engined cars that is) which means the back end can be chucked around fairly easily, whereas our cars tend to have more of a central centre of gravity which makes rear wheel drifting relatively difficult.

But, if it's got 4WD, it can be a Drifter whether it's a car, buggy or a homemade special.

If i was you id get electric. lately i started to fancy yokomo drift cars, im not sure how much they cost, maybe around $200. so your using ebay? its a pretty good site to use, but do some research and find who has better prices to see if your getting your moneys worth. check the user selling the item to see thier history, if its all positive feedback from other people buying items
