I'm doing a Wide-Rustler mod. I'm using rear arms in the front and using pede steering links for steering and chamber links. The stock shocks are to short what length ones should I get?

I may cosider getting a stampede or a rustler or the trinity now. But anyway between the rustler and stampede which is better in terms of bashing, durability, fun, and not hard on the wallet. Also which one is best. I will be running in the backyard, front, love dirt and love catching air but without breaking stuff, also there's a track that a guy has races in the back but i have a nitro buggy for that.

Don't get a NOW I've heard a BUNCH of bad stuff about them. Between the Rustler and Stampede. The Rustler is over all better. It has better handling, lower cog.

yes but the decision is personal preference. you cant say that one is better. that is your opinion. you should say I think that the rustler is better because it handles better. It is a fact that it handles better and has a lower center of gravity. But if you are looking for all out fun and not so serious of driving get the pede. I have driven both and i drive them both all the time. but i think that the stampede is a very interesting truck to drive.

ok so someone told me to look into the vxl models. And i like the bandit alot. if i would go with that is it bash worthy and race worthy. Also do u think the bandit is a great buggy i mean for that price 249, it sound good, and looks killer

In reality, on paper, the Rustler is better. Better handling, better performance. As to what you think is funner, thats on you.

exactly but with a wide pede conversion they are equal. i beat my brothers rustler on our track easily.

and i personally wouldnt go for the bandit but thats up to you. the price is good but i like the rustlers tires better.

well to me it just looks like it would be the best at racing out of the three. but that still isnt great at racing compared to other trucks. but it looks like it is just good for on road and dirt and short short grass. but im saying to get the vxl if you get one. it comes with a lot more upgrades than you think compared to the old xl-5 version. I think that everyone here will tell you that.

Well, it will handle the best out of the three. In my eyes, it's still a basher. It's probably not going to handle that good. I mean, if you want to get serious about racing, you might want more of a racer. I would personaly go for the Rustler. Then again, I like trucks more then buggies.

If you plan on making a wide-pede, you might as well just go for the Rustler.
