The MC8, MC9, and MC59 are all different plugs. And you're very welcome.

Thank you very much for the reply. This plug is a MC-9 not a MC-59 (Are they the same? or are they different?), my LHS sold them for my .21 buggy engine, so I assumed that they would be fine in a .26. Thank you very much for your help. -c666187

Can anyone get their LST to wheelie in high gear?

That's the only thing I miss from the Savage is being able to bum around doing wheelies and then take off and get up to maximum speed without touching the truck or settings. Will there be different gears available for the LST?

I wish I was in the same boat as you guys were about the LST. When Horizon told me maybe next year, again this is with our sales rep Lisa Pierce, I said no way to the LST and got the Sportwerks buggy instead. Now I see that the LST may be out sooner than later. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???????

Man, i can point you to probably 3 or more shops that have LST's right now. OGsandman also has a LHS that just got another shipment. LST was worth the wait. Buggies to me are all the same. But this truck is unique, and i love it.

weeehuu... i got my LST Wednesday express from Rc shack, the first thing I did (as I do with all my new cars) was to take the truck more or less totally apart. And this truck is just insane I have never seen an RTR truck with that much locktite!!! but is was a nice thing to see, I took the diffs apart a replaced the grease with some 3000 and 5000 silicone oil, then opened the gear box just to have a look, and that thing looks like it can handle a lot of engine power. I changed the 4X AA battery holder out with a 5 cell flat pack and rerouted the fuel lines a little, and it was ready for the break in.

The only thing that’s annoying me is that it not comes with metric screws… that sucks!!!, and I just can't see why Losi want to stick with inch screws when metric is the international standard.

Well back to the track and the break in of the engine, witch went as it should and I got about 1.5 litres trough it at the moment. It was performing very well at the track (it is a high speed buggy track) in the stock setup (except of the oil in the diffs), it its quit fast out of the box, faster then the stock savage that was on the track that day, but a little slower then the "race trucks" with the setup for the race on Sunday. So a little higher gearing for this track and its a winner!.

Tonight, I had the gearbox open because I had a little trouble with the high/low selector, but it was just a drop of oil at the plastic ends and is flying again, I also disabled the reverse in the box with a 8 mm shim that fits perfect in the space on the axel, and removed the servo. I will se how this works tomorrow

Man!!! I trip over LSTs at the LHS when I'm in them. I believe almost every shop in the Baltimore/Washington area has at least one. I can't think of its name, but there's a shop over in Rockville on 355 that had three last week. I stopped in to get tires for my road car and they just received three. Also, Hobby Town (?) over in Laurel had two or three. I'd cancel the preorder and buy one locally.

I did buy it locally. It is from Hobby City in Burtonsville. For some odd reason, goddamn Horizon deleted it off our back-order list. So the store got shafted.

I would never buy from Hobby Works because their prices are insanely overpriced. I get much better deals from Hobby Town in Glen Burnie, or Hobby City, or Doug's Hobby Shop, etc. However, The Track, owned by Mimi Wong is another place I would avoid like the plague. Damn I hate Losi now...LOL!! Not in a bad way, but I wish they made more!
