Here is my latest creation.

Based on my mono-wing Tiburon this version sports more side area for awesome hands-off knifedge flying! Yes hands off (no rudder required).
Flat spins are awesome (really tight and flat). Just like it's single wing cousin it does the most insane Elevator. Drops straight down flat with no forward movement and no wing rock. Increased wing area really opens up the flight envelope. Slow high alpha to faster pattern type flying. Super fast torque rolls due to shorter wingspan (less roll dampening). Levi at 3D foamy is hoping to release the original Tiburon soon. Based on the performance of this prototype of the biplane version, it should be close on it's heels!

Thanks for the encouragement. I am still working on finding the perfect cg location and cleaning up the plans. if anyone wants a set of plans I can convert the CAD drawings to a .pdf file. Just send me an email.

Yes indeed..a very well designed and beautiful plane...I have been designing my planes for many years and I know a good design when I see one...and I see one. I sent you an e-mail for plans also and asked for a cad format but I will surely take them in .pdf.

I have finalized the cg location. this thing just keeps getting better! You guys are going to be amazed at how well it flys. Levi at 3D Foamy will be offering a laser cut kit in the near future. For scratch builders, he will have free downloadable plans. To those who have requested plans, I will try and get those out in the next day or so. This is time of year is my busiest season, so bear with me. It will be worth the wait. Plans are somewhat minimal...If you have any questions just post them here.

Has everybody been able to open the file I sent out?

I will try and post more pictures of both the monoplane and the new bipe.

The hardware shown on the plans (control horns, battery slot doublers, aileron connectors) is available from Levi at 3D Foamy.
These are laser cut from plastic and are a really nice touch.
