mxrider99 & nitropower,

Since it appears that we all have the Losi MLST and will probably all have the AON motor for the MLST soon, I suggest that we try to get together at Finishline if possible and try the MLST out as it should be tried out--on an 1/8th scale dirt track. Myself, I will probably be racing at Finishline on Saturday and will probably run the truck stock during practice or after the race for a few laps. Then try it with the brushless, but that may not be until Sunday if I get everything installed.

So I drove over to Finishline today just to check it out. Very nice track, I was wishing I had brought one of my trucks. There where a few people running on the track practicing, nice people working there. I did not see any Mini LST’s out there like I was hoping to see. Just checking do they have a web site? Anyway I will try to show up next Sunday they are running some races for those not in the 3 track challenge.

There is a website, but it is not updated. The owner did mention that he might add a "mini track". Next Saturday the racing will be held in Boulder City. Myself, I may just end up at Finishline since it is closer to me and I barely make it in time to start at 10AM. I know of a few others who won't be racing in BC, but will run on-road at the Silverbowl next Sunday.

When I was at Finish Line I was talking to the owner and He told me that they where thinking about the Mini track as well and he plans to have the lights up by summer so we can run at night. I also got a chance to watch his son run his buggy and boy that kid can drive.

It was a great day for RC'ing at Finishline today. Numerous people were there runnin' and rubbin'. The track will also be open on Monday and a race may be set for January 1, 2006 if enough people want to run. Attached are a couple photos of my Mugen mbX5 and several of my Kyosho Mini-Inferno.

I've noticed a lot of pics of Nitro's. How's the turn out on electric buggies for the races? I've been wanting to get out racing again but I'm outta the loop and don't wanna show up with something no ones racing. I've got an electric B4 and would run stock or modded. Stock preferably as I'm a bit rusty.

I've also got a TC3 electric which I wanna run at Silverbowl but I'm afraid of getting squished by the 1/8th scalers. Do they run 1/10th scale electrics there much? Also, does anyone have a link to a map to the silberbowl track? Much appreciated.
