When looking at the landing gear from the side, it has a straight edge and a tapered edge.
What edge goes towards the front of the plane?
The straight edge or the tapered edge?

See my bad drawing and I think you will know what I am talking about

The straight edge normally goes forward, hoever I suppose if you like it better the other way you can do that too.

If you put it back wards and running on grass field, It will try to noise over more . This will put the wheels back about 1/2 " from the leading edge.
