Status: offline 		I've been making my YS 20/20 blend with Klotz...but I pay like $32 gallon for Klotz. I noticed that Morgan sells the green Cool Power synth. for $22/gallon shipped! Thats $10 cheaper. That would cut the cost of fuel down considerably.

But, it doesn't even look like Morgan sells a YS 20/20 blend. What say you! The green synth...not appropriate for YS?

Status: offline 		It should work great. A couple of us have been using Cool Power 30% Heli-Mix in our YS engines and they perform quite well with it.

We have also used Wildcat 30% Heli-Mix(all synthetic) with the same excellent results.

Status: offline 		The Cool Power 30% I have used is green. Maybe I erred in referring to it as a heli-mix. The Wildcat for sure is a "heli-mix". Maybe I got the two confused but the Cool Power was definitely green.

As I understand it, the only oil restriction for the YS engine is that you should not use any petroleum based oils which isn't an issue with glow fuels anyway. It would only be something to be of concern when choosing an after-run oil which, if you are not careful, might be petroleum based.

Status: offline 		Thanks. I've been told that the Heli stuff by Morgan is much better than the plain cool power and it seems Morgan is telling me the same thing and they don't sell the heli oil.

Status: offline 		Morgan makes a 20%, 30% & 40% Pro Pattern mix (20% lube). This would be their YS fuel.

The regular Cool power has 17% lube, but the heli has 20% except for Heli 30%, which has 22% low viscosity lube.
