Status: offline 		Tommy, Good luck in your venture but in my opinion the World of Radio Control needs another "Extra" like a it needs a hole in the head. May I sugeest building planes which are rare to the sport.
I would love to see a nice P-38 Lightning, Tsunami Reno Racer, A Focke Wulf that is actually worth a crap. maybe a Hawker Hurricane. A decent 120 size Spitfire.
* Everyone in their brother is coming out with planes and they are all the same. Who cares? They sit on store shelves for months with no hint of a buyer.
You surf around this site for a while and you'll see what is going on. Also prop jets are on their way out. I have no idea why but there is still a market for them. Take care.

I for one would love to see some large scale warbirds on the market, 80 to 100". Also i would prefer ARC,(almost ready to cover), rather than ARF. That way mine doesn't look like everyone elses.
As for a distributar ship. I would like to, but doubt I could make your minimum requirements. What are your minimum requirments?

Status: offline 		I'm all for having a free market in a free country, but you're up against some stiff competition, even from your own country ( World Models ), not to mention all the other manufacturers here & abroad that have been around for years, that have a good, established reputation already. I agree that something different would catch our eye, that's one reason that I bought a Shoestring. I have seen enough and can buy anywhere a Cap/Giles/Extra/Staudy or P51, but I also understand that you need to make sales to maintain a business. So, yes, keep the mainstays around, but give us a few that are different, too. Great Planes has a good balance in this area. And God help you if you try to sell us, let's just say, an inferior product - we can spot that a mile away and will tell everyone about it.

In my opinion, if Tommy want's to try and market and sell an aircraft, even though there are a lot of the same or similar one's on the market already, he has every right to. The market will dictate if it's sucessfull or not. That's what a free market is all about.

And at least Tommy has the drive and guts to try and start a business already in a market like this. How many of you that are bagging on him have done this?
