Found this plane at a swap meet for $15.00.I dont know anything about it other than it reminds me of a scaled down Quicky 500.The plans are an old yellow colour dated 1980, just a flat pack of wood, none of this lazer cut stuff.I have had fun building it, kind of reminds me of my younger hobby days,i guess reminiscing is a sign of getting older.I will always look forward to those swap meets, never know what little jewel may show up.Chris

You will enjoy this little plane -- it is a nice quick and agile model that will excel with the lighter equipment and a NORVEL .061

Hummers are great. I built at least 10 of them when I was a kid. I would buy one Friday after school ($30 back then) and try to have it flying by Saturday afternoon. I remember powering them with a Cox .049 TD and then an Enya .09. The Enya was a lot heavier but it was 100x more reliable and easier to run. I like the changes you made to the sides along with the wing-tips...they look nice! It's a nice flying plane...add a rudder if you want as I remember it was more fun that way. It really flys like a little 4-Star 40!

Have Fun.
