I'd love to have The Joe Bridi™ Dirty Birdy 60 (Now Bluejay Airplane Kits) but I just dont have the time to build anymore. does anyone know of a web site I could go to and see about having it professionally built with not to much of a strain on the wallet???

Your using words there that don't go together. Professionally built and easy on the wallet. Professionals are expensive. If you want to have one built, it will cost you close to double the price of the kit minimum to have someone do it that knows what they are doing. Otherwise, you will get a hack job and be ticked. Sorry, but good luck. Make sure you check refs. There are a lot of builders out there that will take your money and you will not get anything for it.

You would be amazed at how much you can acomplish in just an hour or two a few nights a week. Look at it this way, if you got it now, and it took you 8 months to build, it would be ready next May

I agree, build it yourself. When you put it in the air the first time you will get a feeling that is priceless. You did it yourself. Feels great. Good luck with it. And yes it does not take that long to do. So just do it.
